We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from NIGHTCAP.CLUB. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, please review our return and refund terms below.
1. Returns
* Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
* Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
* Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used items.
2. Non-Returnable Items
* Worn, used, or damaged scrunchies
* Gift cards
* Final sale or clearance items
3. Refunds
* Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
* If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
* Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll correct the issue as quickly as possible.
